At Corvallis Multicultural Literacy Center, we believe that belonging starts with a seed—a seed of language, connection, and opportunity. Through our programs, we create a welcoming space where individuals from all backgrounds can learn, connect, and grow.
We provide opportunities for an average 91 students per season to enroll in English and community classes, participate in language exchanges, cultural cooking workshops, and job readiness sessions like our “How to Get a Job in the USA” workshop. Beyond the classroom, our Immigration Legal Clinic and Citizenship Tutoring program have supported hundreds of community members, offering free legal consultations and guidance on the path to U.S. citizenship.
Our students represent over 40 countries, and they come together to learn language, build relationships, and navigate life in a new home. With a sliding-scale fee structure, we ensure that financial barriers never stand in the way of education and opportunity.
